      吴浩,1983年出生,祖籍湖南岳阳。除了担任GRAEFF亚太区兼中国区总裁,他还是全国压力计量技术专业委员会委员,担任上海市压力与物位委员会副主任委员等职务。

      他身上的标签还有很多:博士、高级工程师、压力计量专家、上海领军后备人才、上海松江首席技师等。可是,每当有人提起这些头衔时,他总是笑着摆摆手,用他的话说:“如果被大家喜欢,能够给大家带来积极正面的影响,我非常乐意。”


      吴浩曾说,成功并不能用一个人达到什么地位来衡量,而是依据他在迈向成功的过程中,到底克服了多少困难和障碍。他的经历堪称传奇:从19岁获得上海市杨浦区“优秀员工”称号,到21岁主导跨国公司并购,被全球500强Roper返聘并创建Dynisco中国工厂,再到创建GRAEFF(格拉夫)中国工厂,坚毅和拼搏的气质与他相伴一生。


      2004年,吴浩主导了一场中国与美国传感器领域的国际并购,这场并购令他难忘的不仅是以失败告终的结果,更是没有获得最终决策者身份的无奈感。于是,他萌生了创立公司的想法。至今,“上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司创始人”仍然是吴浩引以为傲的标签。


      2012年,吴浩带领团队创造了现在Dynisco热销全球的产品Dynisco ECHO系列高温熔体压力传感器。当年就获得近2000万美元的收益,并完成了Dynisco马来西亚和Dynisco中国相关生产线的建立。


      这些年,在压力传感器和高温熔体压力传感器领域通过对设计和生产过程控制设备的持续改进,献身于工业自动化和生产的发展,其设计理念始终保持着预见性、持续性和重复性,吴浩一直在场。

您身上有很多标签,让您极具辨识度的同时,也会是一种束缚吗?


个人的多种标签只是人生经历某个层面的形容总结,是各界朋友对自己的一种评价,也是政府给予的一种荣誉,对我自身来讲是一种肯定和鼓励。


每个人都有可能被标签化,这样的辨识度不是坏事,更不应该成为一种束缚。我们更应该透过表象看本质,每一个标签的背后都代表在某一件事情上努力、坚持、拼搏和进取,这样的过程和态度才是值得我们去关注的,而不是标签本身。


那您喜欢自己这样“被标签化”吗?

是否喜欢自己“被标签化”是我从来没有去考虑过的问题,既然是“被标签化”那就说明这本身不由我自己决定。如果大家喜欢,又或者这样的“被标签化”能够给大家带来积极正面的影响,我非常乐意。


19岁获得上海市杨浦区“优秀员工”称号,打工期间自学传感器设计和管理,怎么看这一段工作经历。尤其是四年后,就创建传感器制造工厂上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司,如何快速成长?


在那样的时代背景下,对于一个19岁从农村走入上海这座城市的打工仔,对于所谓的“优秀”是完全没有概念的。


1983年,我出生于湖南岳阳湘阴的某个山村,也是左宗棠的故乡,我的爷爷和父亲都是木匠、同时务农。在农村,读书成为孩子们的唯一出路。在那个中专还有工作分配的年代,家人选择让我读高中,希望能通过考上大学,抓住改变自身命运的机会,光宗耀祖。


遗憾的是并没有像父母所期望的那样,我在高二的第一学期就辍学去了上海打工。此后的一段时间,努力学习、认真做好工作成为在大城市生存的唯一出路,也正是基于这样的学习与成长,不断开阔视野、提升认知,才有了后来获评上海市杨浦区“优秀员工”称号。


创建上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司的起因是在2004年,当时我21岁,主导了一场中国与美国传感器领域的国际并购。虽然在第二年以失败告终,但我认为,失败不是我个人的原因,更多是由于我不是企业所有者以及最终决策者身份决定的。

随即创建了上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司,我就是要把失败的并购变成功,这种“不信邪、霸得蛮”的性格是湖南人的传统,也是湖湘精神的重要特点。


从先辈的奋斗历史中汲取智慧和前进力量。早在南宋覆亡时,蒙古铁骑南下,当时的潭州(长沙)知州李芾就带领军民英勇抗击,城破后全家自焚于熊湘阁,现在的坡子街路边井巷立有“熊湘阁故址”文物保护牌;李芾与王夫之诸人敢于献身的精神在抗日战争时期的湖南表现得格外突出,各个学校的学生纷纷投笔从戎参加抗战,湖南共有200多万青壮年参军入伍,让日本侵略者在湖南这块土地上吃尽苦头,最后俯首乞降……


也恰恰是这样的性格特质让我义无反顾地去做这件事情,幸运的是2011年这件事情做成功了。全球500强上市美资公司Roper集团全资收购上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司,并返聘我担任Dynisco中国总裁,同时负责创建Dynisco中国工厂以及协助全球工厂的生产技术工作。

后来,为什么想到去读美国PSU大学MBA(工商管理硕士学位),又读了法国IPAG高等商学院DBA(工商管理博士学位)?


书中自有黄金屋,知识可以开悟明理,所以学习尤为重要。我曾经讲过,不管学历如何,读书多了,内心充实,精神自然丰富;不管长相如何,锻炼久了,减脂塑形,精力自然充沛,然后你会遇见全新的自己!


在学习的过程中不断地提升自己的思维和认知,也会遇到更多优秀的人,学习到书本以外的更多知识,不亦乐乎。

28岁完成与全球500强的国际并购,随后又担任外资企业高管,对您能力的挑战是什么?为什么会有这么多热销产品?


从民营企业到一家全球化上市企业的身份转变其实是一件痛苦的事情。


这代表着从一个创业者到职业经理人的转型,尤其是在28岁的年纪,在没有经过系统的学习和训练,没有过任何经验的前提下这无疑是一种挑战,这种挑战在当时甚至比我创建一家中国民营企业还要大。


2012年,我带领团队创造了现在Dynisco热销全球的产品Dynisco ECHO系列高温熔体压力传感器。当年获得近2000万美元的收益,并完成了Dynisco马来西亚和Dynisco中国相关生产线的建立。


同时,也提升了Dynisco在中国的销售业绩和服务,当然这离不开社会各界的支持和Dynisco及Roper集团的支持,以及企业人才团队的培养。这是一个系统化的过程,一切都是为了培养团队的职业信仰、态度和职业能力,于此基础上建立的团队一定是优秀的。



领导者的成长空间也是组织的成长空间,您怎么不断把自己的天花板往上拉?


所谓“将熊熊一窝”,领导者必须时刻不断进取,尤其是在战略上、认知上,只有思想的不断进步,才能不被时代淘汰,不被业界淘汰,也正是如此才有机会带领团队做好事情。


多年来在商界和学界的“双栖”生活,给您带来了什么样的人生体验?创业者和学者,哪个角色让您更有成就感?


商业的进步离不开学术基础,两者相辅相成,所谓的“双栖”生活可以更好帮助自己综合地提升,这是很有意思的,也很有意义。我觉得创业者和学习者的角色来形容,可能更切合实际。与学者还有很大的距离,在不同的角色里不断成长,对个人而言都是很有成就感的。

2020年起,您受聘为GRAEFF(格拉夫)中国总裁并创建GRAEFF中国工厂,今年7月,随着GRAEFF亚太区的成立,您又担任亚太总裁,怎么看这一段工作经历?


英国人Walter Graeff(沃尔特·格拉夫)1930年制造出了第一支压力传感器转换机构。在此机构中,膜片、弹簧或Bourdon管的移动量变为电量部分,压力膜片成为电容部分,指示器可动机构成为电位计分支。


1930年,Walter Graeff(沃尔特·格拉夫)以GRAEFF的名字创建了GRAEFF品牌;1950年,GRAEFF公司为英国的R.H.Windsor公司提供了量产的双螺杆挤出机专用高温熔体压力传感器在其设备上的应用,意味着世界上第一支用于熔融聚合物压力测量的高温熔体压力传感器问世。


英国GRAEFF历经多次发展和并购,随着疫情在全球的快速蔓延,这家深耕欧洲本土的企业,面临巨大的生存危机。彼时,庞大而稳健成长的中国市场成为全球需求的稳定器,加上我的多年国际管理背景经历,入职GRAEFF也就变得顺理成章。

如今,企业规模体量越做越大,这对企业管理要求越来越高,在您看来企业管理是要做些减法,还是加法?


我认为,不同的企业在不同的阶段,要采用不同的方法。每个人经营企业的目的不同,管理的方式和层次也就会不一样,没有所谓的对错,创业者是这个时代下最努力进取的人群,也是重要阶层的组成部分。


从内部管理而言,好的企业一定会有好的企业管理体系流程,这样发展起来会更快;审时度势、与时俱进、不断进取、坚持不懈、永不放弃,至于方法那就是可加可减、随机应变,这些是我工作的重要组成部分。

从成功和失败的角度,您怎么评价现在的自己?


2011年,在接受媒体采访时说过这样一句话:“成功并不能用一个人达到什么地位来衡量,而是依据他在迈向成功的过程中,到底克服了多少困难和障碍。”


我欣赏陈丹青老师说过这样一句话:“人生本来毫无意义,所有的爱好都是一种骗局,我的努力都是让毫无意义的人生变得有意思。”我们常说不以成败论英雄,只要我们还在拼搏奋斗,作为创业者把企业经营当成一种信仰,让毫无意义的人生变得有意思。


同时,自己的努力还能帮助和影响到一些人变得更好,那我们的一生就很不错了。


当下的环境,对年轻人的创新和发展,您会提出了哪些建议?


这个时代,年轻人都很聪明,从小就生活在一个物质优渥的综合环境,大部分人都经历过大学的系统学习,也恰恰是在这么好的时代,这样的家庭、教育体系或时代背景,让我们对人生目标、信仰的追求似乎没那么强烈。


这是一种危机,对国家和民族而言,或许我们年轻人只有重新建立认知,铭记历史,深刻理解在这样的和平时代是先辈用生命和鲜血换来的,我们年轻一代才会从思想和认知上自我改变,学以致用、创新和发展也就会自然形成,国家才会有更多的年轻人为行业的发展和进步坚持奋斗,国家才会繁荣昌盛,人民才会幸福安康。

您怎么看2023年?如何把时间拉长,以3年或5年为一个周期,您认为行业的竞争会进入一个什么样的状态?


恶性竞争是我们国家各行各业的一种常态,过去因为经济条件不好,贫富差距较大,为了更好的生活,为了改变家庭的贫困现状,大家把金钱放在最重要的位置,只要一个行业有人赚钱,这个行业就会快速裂变,很多人都会来做这个行业,人才分流、低价竞争变成一种现状。


但随着国家经济的发展、人民生活的提高、教育体系的完善,我们重新认知商业的意义,绝不是简单的赚钱。在传感器及各个领域企业会进行重新的洗牌,随着国家金融和上市体系的完善,很多的企业会上市或被收购,同时也会有一批企业淘汰,行业会变得更加有序,中国的企业也会成为国际化的企业。


更多的领导者自身认知的进步提升,行业的规范、企业内部完善进步,加强国内与国际合作等,中国企业就能快速成为全球市场的高品牌和高品质企业。

Wu Hao once said that success can not be measured by what status a person has reached, but by how many difficulties and obstacles he has overcome in the process of success. His experience is legendary: from winning the title of "Excellent employee" in Yangpu District of Shanghai at the age of 19, to leading the merger and acquisition of multinational companies at the age of 21, being rehired by the global 500 Roper and establishing Dynisco China factory, and then to establishing GRAEFF China factory, the temperament of perseverance and hard work has accompanied him all his life.


In 2004, Wu Hao led an international merger between China and the United States in the field of sensors, which made him unforgettable not only the result of failure, but also the frustration of not getting the final decision maker status. So he came up with the idea of starting a company. So far, "Shanghai Hao Ying measurement and control Technology Co., LTD. Founder" is still Wu Hao proud of the label.


In 2012, Wu Hao led the team to create Dynisco ECHO series of high temperature melt pressure sensors, which are now the best-selling products of Dynisco worldwide. In the same year, it earned nearly 20 million US dollars in revenue and completed the establishment of Dynisco Malaysia and Dynisco China related production lines.


Over the years, in the field of pressure sensors and high temperature melt pressure sensors, through the continuous improvement of the design and production process control equipment, dedicated to the development of industrial automation and production, its design concept has always maintained predictability, continuity and repeatability, Wu Hao has been present.


You have a lot of labels on your body, which makes you very recognizable, but also a constraint?


A variety of personal labels are only a description and summary of a certain level of life experience, an evaluation of my friends from all walks of life, and an honor given by the government, which is a kind of affirmation and encouragement for me.


Everyone can be labeled, and this recognition is not a bad thing, let alone a constraint. We should look at the essence through the appearance, behind each label represents efforts, persistence, hard work and progress in a certain thing, such a process and attitude is worthy of our attention, rather than the label itself.


Do you like being labeled that way?


Whether I like to be "labeled" is a question I have never considered, since it is "labeled" it means that it is not my own decision. If you like it, or if this "tagging" can bring positive effects to you, I am more than happy to.


At the age of 19, I was awarded the title of "Excellent Employee" in Yangpu District, Shanghai. During the working period, I learned sensor design and management by myself. Especially after four years, the sensor manufacturing factory Shanghai Hao Ying measurement and control Technology Co., LTD., how to grow rapidly?


In that era, for a 19-year-old migrant worker from the countryside into the city of Shanghai, there is no concept of the so-called "excellent".


I was born in 1983 in a mountain village in Xiangyin, Yueyang, Hunan Province, which is also the hometown of General Tso. My grandfather and father were both carpenters and farmers. In the countryside, reading becomes the only way out for children. In that era when there was still a job assignment in the secondary school, my family chose to let me study in high school, hoping to seize the opportunity to change my destiny and honor my ancestors by entering the university.


Unfortunately, it didn't happen as my parents expected. I dropped out of school in the first semester of my sophomore year and went to Shanghai to work. After a period of time, studying hard and doing a good job became the only way to survive in the big city, and it was based on such learning and growth, and constantly broadening the horizon and improving cognition, that I was later awarded the title of "Excellent Employee" in Yangpu District of Shanghai.


The origin of Shanghai Haoying Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. was in 2004, when I was 21 years old, leading an international merger between China and the United States in the sensor field. Although I failed in the second year, I think the failure was not due to my personal reasons, but more due to my not being the owner of the business and the ultimate decision maker.


Then created Shanghai Hao Ying measurement and control Technology Co., LTD., I is to make the failed merger and acquisition success, this "unbelieving, brute" character is the tradition of Hunan people, but also an important characteristic of Hunan spirit.


Draw wisdom and strength from the history of struggle of our ancestors. As early as the fall of the Southern Song Dynasty, the Mongolian Tieqi southward, then Tan Zhou (Changsha) governor Li Fu led the army and people to fight bravely, after the city was destroyed, the whole family self-immolated in the Xiong Xiang Pavilion, now Pozi Street roadside well lane stands "Xiong Xiang Pavilion site" cultural relics protection plate; Li Fu and Wang Fuzhi people dare to sacrifice the spirit of Hunan during the Anti-Japanese War is particularly prominent, the students of various schools have written to participate in the war of resistance, Hunan a total of more than 2 million young men and women to join the army, so that the Japanese invaders in Hunan this land to suffer, and finally bow...


It is precisely this kind of character that makes me do this thing without hesitation, and fortunately, this thing was successful in 2011. Roper Group, a US-funded company listed on the global 500 list, wholly acquired Shanghai Haoying Measurement and Control Technology Co., LTD., and rehired me as the president of Dynisco China, responsible for the establishment of Dynisco factories in China and assisting the production technology of global factories.


Later, why did you want to study the MBA (Master of Business Administration) of PSU University in the United States, and read the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) of IPAG Business School in France?


Books have their own golden house, knowledge can be enlightened, so learning is particularly important. I once said that no matter what the degree, read more, the heart is enriched, the spirit is naturally rich; No matter what you look like, exercise for a long time, lose fat and get in shape, and your energy will naturally increase, and you will meet a new you!


In the process of learning, I will constantly improve my thinking and cognition, and I will meet more excellent people and learn more knowledge outside of books.


Completing an international merger with a Fortune 500 company at the age of 28, and then working as a senior executive of a foreign company, what are the challenges to your abilities? Why are there so many hot products?


The transition from a private company to a global public company is a painful one.


This represents the transformation from an entrepreneur to a professional manager, especially at the age of 28, without systematic learning and training, without any experience, which is undoubtedly a challenge, which is even greater than the challenge of setting up a private enterprise in China at that time.


In 2012, I led the team to create Dynisco ECHO series of high temperature melt pressure sensors, which are now the best-selling products of Dynisco in the world. In the same year, it achieved a revenue of nearly US $20 million and completed the establishment of Dynisco Malaysia and Dynisco China related production lines.


At the same time, it also improved the sales performance and service of Dynisco in China. Of course, this is inseparable from the support of all walks of life and Dynisco and Roper Group, as well as the training of enterprise talent team. This is a systematic process, everything is to cultivate the professional belief, attitude and professional ability of the team, the team built on this basis must be excellent.


The growth space of the leader is also the growth space of the organization, how do you keep pulling your ceiling up?


The so-called "will bear a clutch", leaders must always keep making progress, especially in strategy, cognition, only the continuous progress of thought, in order not to be eliminated by The Times, not to be eliminated by the industry, it is also the opportunity to lead the team to do things well.


What kind of life experience have you had over the years in both business and academia? Which role makes you feel more fulfilled, entrepreneur or scholar?


The progress of business cannot be separated from the academic foundation, and the two complement each other. The so-called "dual-dwelling" life can better help oneself to improve comprehensively, which is very interesting and meaningful. I think the role of entrepreneurs and learners is more realistic. There is still a great distance from scholars, and growing in different roles is very fulfilling for the individual.


In 2020, you were hired as President of GRAEFF China and set up the GRAEFF China Factory. In July this year, you became President of Asia Pacific with the establishment of GRAEFF Asia Pacific. How do you feel about this experience?


The British Walter Graeff (Walter Graeff) produced the first pressure sensor conversion mechanism in 1930. In this mechanism, the moving measure of the diaphragm, spring or Bourdon tube becomes the electricity part, the pressure diaphragm becomes the capacitance part, and the indicator movable mechanism becomes the potentiometer branch.


In 1930, Walter Graeff (Walter GRAEFF) founded the GRAEFF brand under the name Graeff; In 1950, GRAEFF supplied R.H.Windsor, a British company, with a mass-produced high temperature melt pressure sensor for twin-screw extruders for use in their equipment, which meant the world's first high temperature melt pressure sensor for pressure measurement of molten polymers.


British GRAEFF has experienced many developments and mergers and acquisitions. With the rapid spread of the epidemic in the world, this deeply rooted European enterprise is facing a huge survival crisis. At that time, the large and steadily growing Chinese market became a stabilizer for global demand, and my years of international management background made it a natural fit to join GRAEFF.


With the support of European technology and international team collaboration, GRAEFF has achieved rapid development. GRAEFF has become specialized in pressure sensors, melt pressure sensors, temperature sensors, industrial sensors, intelligent sensors, flow sensors, displacement sensors, level sensors, pressure temperature control instruments, intelligent digital controllers, pressure gauges, heaters, laser technology, instrumentation, pressure and temperature calibration systems, laboratory instruments, iot and automation Control systems research and development, production and sales of the British multinational group.


British GRAEFF in Germany, the United States, China and other countries to establish factories or offices, GRAEFF products are mainly used in food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, petrochemical, energy industry, power station, sewage treatment, Marine shipbuilding industry, environmental engineering, spraying equipment, plastics, chemical fiber, rubber, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, petrochemical, automobile manufacturing, ceramic glass, UAV, robot system, aerospace, mining machinery, engineering machinery and other fields.


The combination of GRAEFF's international technical quality and Chinese localization service will definitely gain greater development space in China, and GRAEFF will become an important chapter in my work resume.


Nowadays, the scale of enterprises is getting larger and larger, which has higher and higher requirements for enterprise management. In your opinion, should enterprise management do some subtraction or addition?


In my opinion, different enterprises should adopt different methods at different stages. The purpose of each person's business is different, the way and level of management will be different, there is no so-called right or wrong, entrepreneurs are the most enterprising people in this era, but also an important part of the class.


From the perspective of internal management, a good enterprise must have a good business management system process, which will develop faster; Judging the situation, keeping pace with The Times, constantly forging ahead, persevering, never giving up, as for the method that can add or subtract, adaptable, these are an important part of my work.


From the perspective of success and failure, how would you rate yourself now?


In 2011, in an interview with the media, he said: "Success is not measured by what status a person has reached, but by how many difficulties and obstacles he has overcome on the way to success."


I appreciate teacher Chen Danqing said such a sentence: "Life is meaningless, all hobbies are a kind of fraud, my efforts are to make meaningless life interesting." We often say that heroes are not judged by success or failure, as long as we are still struggling, as entrepreneurs, business management as a faith, so that meaningless life becomes interesting.


At the same time, their efforts can also help and influence some people to become better, then our life is very good.


In the current environment, what advice would you give to young people to innovate and develop?


In this era, young people are very smart, living in a comprehensive environment of material prosperity since childhood, most of them have experienced systematic learning in universities, and it is precisely in such a good era, such a family, education system or era background, so that our pursuit of life goals and beliefs seems not so strong.


This is a kind of crisis, for the country and the nation, perhaps only if we young people re-establish awareness, remember the history, and deeply understand that in such a peaceful era is the life and blood of the ancestors, our young generation will change themselves from the thought and cognition, and the application of knowledge, innovation and development will naturally form. The country will have more young people to strive for the development and progress of the industry, the country will be prosperous, the people will be happy and healthy.


What do you think of 2023? How to stretch the time, with a 3 - or 5-year cycle, what kind of state do you think the competition in the industry will enter?


Vicious competition is a normal situation in all walks of life in our country. In the past, due to poor economic conditions, the gap between the rich and the poor was large. In order to have a better life and change the poverty situation of the family, people put money in the most important position. Talent diversion, low price competition has become a status quo.


However, with the development of the national economy, the improvement of people's lives, and the improvement of the education system, we have re-recognized the meaning of business, which is not simply to make money. In the sensor and various fields of enterprises will be reshuffled, with the improvement of the national financial and listing system, many enterprises will be listed or acquired, but also a number of enterprises will be eliminated, the industry will become more orderly, Chinese enterprises will become international enterprises.


With the improvement of leaders' own cognition, the standardization of the industry, the improvement of enterprises' internal progress, and the strengthening of domestic and international cooperation, Chinese enterprises can quickly become high brand and high quality enterprises in the global market.
