近日,GRAEFF(格拉夫)总裁吴浩博士主导的《AI 智能型高温熔体压力传感器的应用研究》学术论文正式发布,这一成果聚焦极端工业环境下的高温熔体传感技术瓶颈,为行业发展带来关键突破,且已被《教育衔接与提升》期刊(2025 年第 14 期)收录!

Recently, the academic paper "Application Research of AI Intelligent High-Temperature Melt Pressure Sensor" led by Dr. Wu Hao, the president of GRAEFF, was officially released. This achievement focuses on the technical bottleneck of high-temperature melt sensing in extreme industrial environments, bringing a key breakthrough to the development of the industry. 长期以来,化工、橡塑、化纤等行业的高温熔体生产场景中,传统高温熔体压力传感器面临着高温环境下不可避免的零点漂移、信号衰减及寿命骤减等技术瓶颈,严重制约了高分子材料加工行业向高精度、智能化与全自动化方向的发展。对此,GRAEFF(格拉夫)通过深度融合多模态传感技术、先进的 AI 补偿算法与特种材料工艺,成功开发出新一代AI智能型零温漂高温熔体压力传感器。

For a long time, in the high-temperature melt production scenarios of industries such as chemical engineering, rubber and plastics, and chemical fibers, traditional high-temperature melt pressure sensors have been confronted with inevitable technical bottlenecks such as zero drift, signal attenuation, and a sudden reduction in lifespan in high-temperature environments, which have seriously restricted the development of the polymer materials processing industry towards high precision, intelligence, and full automation. In response to this, GRAEFF has successfully developed a new generation of AI intelligent zero-temperature drift high-temperature melt pressure sensors by deeply integrating multimodal sensing technology, advanced AI compensation algorithms and special material processes.

From an industrial perspective, it transforms the technological breakthroughs in the laboratory into directly implementable industry solutions, guiding industries such as chemical engineering and rubber and plastics to achieve precise upgrades in production monitoring, thereby enhancing production efficiency. At the same time, this also marks that GRAEFF's technological accumulation in the field of intelligent sensing has officially moved towards academic sedimentation, further consolidating the company's leading position in the extreme industrial sensing race. As a legendary leader in the sensor industry, Dr. Wu Hao is a "craftsman" entrepreneur and technical expert who is both a senior engineer and an industrial professor.

At the age of 16, he/she has been deeply rooted in the front line of sensor production, holding the dual identities of an enterprise leader and a technical practitioner.

He holds more than ten key positions in the industry, including a member of the National Pressure Measurement Technical Committee, and has participated in the review and approval of hundreds of national and industry standards and verification regulations.
