Rooted in the frontlines of sensor production since the age of 16, he assumes dual roles as an enterprise leader and technical practitioner. Holding over ten key industry positions—including Member of the National Technical Committee on Pressure Metrology and Director of the Online Testing Professional Committee of the Shanghai Society of Measurement and Testing—he has participated in the review and approval of hundreds of national/industry standards and verification regulations, providing professional support for the standardized development of the industry.

Leading his team to tackle numerous "bottleneck" technologies, he has developed China’s first mercury-free environmentally friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensor (breaking international monopolies, addressing mercury pollution risks, and supporting melt-blown fabric production for eco-friendly mask core materials during the pandemic) and the world’s first AI-enabled intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor (integrating AI algorithms to enhance measurement accuracy and stability, optimizing industrial pressure monitoring solutions).
