Recently, the national special research project Research on Pressure Measurement and Control in Polymer Extrusion Process Based on AI Intelligent Melt Pressure Sensors, led by Dr. Wu Hao, Global President of GRAEFF and a senior expert in the melt pressure sensor industry, has officially passed the review by the Professional Committee for the Transformation of Scientific and Educational Achievements of the China Commercial Joint-Stock Enterprise Economic Federation and successfully concluded. In the field of polymer extrusion, accurate measurement and stable control of melt pressure serve as core links to guarantee product quality and production efficiency. For a long time, conventional sensors suffer from rapid accuracy attenuation, severe zero drift and insufficient stability in environments above 300℃, failing to meet the stringent requirements of high-end manufacturing and becoming a key bottleneck restricting the intelligent development of the industry.
Led by Dr. Wu Hao, the R&D team of GRAEFF has targeted industry pain points and carried out systematic technological research with AI algorithms and advanced material technologies as dual core drivers. Equipped with GAIM series AI zero temperature drift technology, it maintains long-term stable operation at 350℃, thoroughly solving the problem of zero drift under thermal working conditions.
High-precision Intelligent Regulation
The measurement error is controlled within ±0.25%. Millisecond-level real-time data collection, combined with the built-in AI model, dynamically compensates for accuracy loss caused by temperature changes and realizes precise pressure control.
Predictive Risk Prevention & ControlThe
AI algorithm automatically analyzes pressure fluctuation trends and predicts process abnormality risks in advance. It upgrades the production mode from "passive monitoring" to "active regulation", empowering extrusion equipment with a "smart brain".
